The award winning, creative collective has been impressing and entertaining since its founding in 2016. With sketch, improv and storytelling, the company has aimed at defining a new Southern voice for comedy. We amplify artists work by providing networking, mentoring, production and marketing assistance. We keep audiences entertained with the best damn theater, podcasts, art and comedy out there.
In 2022, Mettlesome opened a 70 seat black box theater at Golden Belt Campus in East Durham. The theater hosts roughly 25 shows a month, as well as classes, rehearsals, and visiting artist events. Come see a show!
